The Gift of Regret: How to Transform Pain into Progress

Dela

“Regret is a tough but fair teacher. To live without regret is to believe you have nothing to learn, no amends to make, and no opportunity to be braver with your life.”- Brene Brown

In today’s episode we dive into the purpose of regret. What it teaches us, and how we can use it to free ourselves and move in a direction that is more aligned with our values and desires.

Something’s hurt, long after they have passed. One of the key differences between those who grow, change and transform - and those who remain stuck in the past - is the ability to feel and process regret in your life.

Over 90% of people have a significant regret in their life. But how do you choose to perceive it? And more importantly, what do you do, when you are stuck in a cycle of regret? When there is a mistake you’ve made, that you can’t seem to let go of?
