This new directive sets a brand-new pecking order for skilled visas. It changes how Home Affairs now works through on-hand skilled visa applications. As ANZSCO is outdated, the government may continue to further refine occupation definitions and put more emphasis on occupations liked to housing, health care, education and technology.
