They moved to Australia young, started the business with no experience and English as their second language, and spent their first eight months so scared of losing clients that they stopped chasing new ones altogether. Then something shifted. In the last six months alone they've doubled the business from $250k to half a million a year in recurring revenue, with a team of seven.
We get into what actually broke it open: the $3,500 they paid to learn cold email (only to realise it was already sitting in my course), why they went all-in on commercial, and the moment they realised they'd been losing money the whole time. Seb and David are brutally honest about the ego, the scarcity mindset they had, and why blaming anyone but yourself keeps you stuck.
