Andell "Gio" Mark built four businesses from nothing, and this episode is the one where he finally tells the whole story behind what it took to keep them standing.
He gets into the sabotage: fake accounts made just to put his personal information out there, and an employee who was influenced to work against the business from the inside. He talks about choosing to pay his workers even when it meant falling behind on his own rent, and a landlord who tried to discredit everything he built while sitting on money he never had to earn himself. He also opens up about running his business the fully legal way — and the financial shortfalls that come with refusing to cut corners everybody else cuts.
And then there's the quieter damage: a year-old photo recycled online just to make his kitchen look unsanitary, costing him a customer who never even gave him a chance. He admits flat out, that one hurt.
