About Mindhacker Club

The idea for Mindhacker Club came to Lorraine at a time when she was beginning to realise that she needed to work on her thoughts. She had fallen into a negative thinking pattern where she would expect only the worst from people and life. This had become deeply ingrained in her due to her previous struggles with depression, c-ptsd, eating disorders and other traumatic experiences including sexual assault and childhood abandonment. Through practices such as daily gratitude journaling, meditation, scripture readings, to name but a few – Lorraine began to heal her mind and thoughts.
