It has been a minute and I can truly say, I've missed you. These last 2 years have been a rollercoaster in the best way, but particular this last year has kicked my butt.
I have been in a deep depression finally facing the grief of my father passing which snowballed into so many other obstacles that I felt at one point would break me.
But me uploading this podcast today is me deciding not to give up and to keep fighting the good fight and taking you guys along with me on this journey.
This season will be even more authentic and honest, not that I wasn't being true before, but I wasn't aware of certain patterns that were still deeply present.
I have learned A LOT these last couple years and I finally feel ready to share with you all!
