Greek month ends on a somewhat solemn note with the 2024 film, "The Return". It's a more grounded take on the Odyssey that only focuses on the last third of the story of Odysseus coming home to face off with the suitors tearing apart his kingdom. Ralph Fiennes is in the main role this time around with Juliette Binoche as Queen Penelope. It's very grounded with no hints of superstition or magic whatsoever. It's a slow build but at least it's under two hours. Although really this could have been an hour and twenty minutes and still be passable.
