The Young and the Restless spoilers for October 19 through 30 show that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) finally walks down the aisle, and she's stunned when her grandma Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo) shows up to escort her after all. Shirley hands Sally off to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) with a joke, the vows are sweet, and Sally is welcomed into the Abbott family. Upstairs, Sally doubles over in pain and begs Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) not to tell Billy. Meanwhile, Billy refuses to shake hands with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) because he's sure Adam is up to something. When Adam follows Sally back to her suite to congratulate her alone, her water breaks.
Y&R spoilers reveal that the reception has plenty going on. Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) marvel at how grown up Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri), Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) are. Kyle tells Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) he wants to drag her into a closet, and the two just ignore Audra. Pietro pitches Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) a Batman-themed anniversary party for him and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman). Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) asks Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) whether she's ready for a wedding of their own, but she isn't there yet.
The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that the celebration turns scary fast. Snapper Foster (David Hasselhoff) calls Billy and Cane to tell them that Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) had a cardiac episode. At the same time, Sally Spectra is in labor with Adam by her side, and her phone is still hidden thanks to Audra. Nick tells Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) that he got Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) safely put away, then insists Sharon make a choice. He's outraged that Matt asked her to be his therapist.
Y&R spoilers hint that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has a change of heart about a rival, possibly Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). That could leave Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to go after Diane and Jack himself. Victor also grills Nick, and Billy makes Sally a promise. Lily gets her follow-up cancer scan results, and Chelsea Lawson Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) sees Adam from a new angle. Later, Adam gets words of wisdom from The Mustache, and Kyle and Victoria hatch a dangerous plan.
The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that November sweeps kick off October 29, so Sally and Billy's baby arrives soon, and fans will learn whether Jill loses her battle with heart disease. Kyle and Victoria come perilously close to getting caught, and Detective Burrows (Matt Cohen) may have more questions for Nick about beating up Joe. An update on Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow) is coming, and Sharon may visit Matt at the mental hospital. Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) is back on screen soon, while Ashley heads to Paris, Traci takes off and Shirley leaves Genoa City. Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) may soon regret taking a job with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
