Days of our Lives spoilers reveal that October 19 through 30 brings a shooting at DiMera Pharmaceuticals, a romantic reconciliation and two mother-and-child reunions. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) shares a touching moment with her daughter, Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote), at the hospital. But Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) wants Kristen far away from their little girl. Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) fires George O'Halloran (Michael Rose) on the spot, while Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) snaps photos of George outside the DiMera mansion. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) is relieved to be done with EJ, and Steve surprises Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) with some understanding.
DOOL spoilers show that Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) gets busted by Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans). Bonnie figures out Joy is missing Kelsey's dad, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), not the baby. Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) still thinks Joy is faking paralysis. Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) finds it odd that Joy never told Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) about her surgery. Later, Kayla tests Joy Wesley, and Alex gets close to catching her. Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler) gets good news, maybe a room from Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) after Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) put in a good word for him.
Days of our Lives spoilers hint that Dante Vitali (Franco LoPresti) spreads lies ahead of Dominic Marino's arrival. Roman grills Dante about Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has questions about Dominic. EJ warns Dante not to hurt Sami, then calls him a liar. Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) is stunned when her supposedly dead daughter, Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd), approaches her in the park. Johnny helps Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) prepare for her lumpectomy. Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) invites EJ to the celebration of life for Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford), even if he and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) would rather EJ stayed away.
DOOL spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) land in danger trying to take George's laptop from DiMera Pharma. George O'Halloran pulls a gun, but by the end Xander has the weapon and George is slumped over a lab table. Johnny calls 911, and Alex and Stephanie get disturbing news.
Days of our Lives spoilers suggest that things heat up ahead of November sweeps on October 29. Xander may be wounded, but saving Sarah's life could be a game changer. Kristen DiMera may be thrilled that Dominic is coming for EJ. Marlena wants a DNA sample to learn whether Dominic is her son with Stefano. Sophia could also make her presence known to Holly, who may think she's back from the dead.
