Tapping to Release Suppressed Anger (Guided EFT Session)

Dela

EFT tapping for anger: a guided tapping session to release the anger you swallowed to keep the peace. If you are always the one who says "it's fine," who stays agreeable and makes things easy for everyone else, this 24-minute tap-along helps you finally let that stored anger move out of your body.

Tap along with me, Mira Kelley, author of Beyond Past Lives (Hay House) and a past life regression therapist. We use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) in three rounds, with a 0 to 10 check-in between each one. First we tell the truth about the anger. Then we invite the earlier moments when you learned to swallow it and let your younger self speak. Then we choose a new way, and close with a simple single-belief tapping practice: "It is safe for me to feel my anger and speak my truth."

This session is for you if you:
• hold anger in your jaw, throat, chest, or stomach
• learned early that good girls do not get angry
• keep the peace and then feel resentful later
• want to speak up sooner, with warmth and clarity

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is EFT tapping?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a practice where you tap with your fingertips on specific points on the face and upper body while you speak honestly about what you feel. It helps calm the body's stress response so stored emotion can shift.

Can tapping help with suppressed anger?
Many people find that tapping while naming the anger out loud helps them feel it safely and let it move, instead of holding it in the body. Rate your feeling from 0 to 10 before and after to notice your own shift.

Which tapping points do we use?
The karate chop point for the setup statements, then the side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, the chin, the collarbone, under the arm, and the top of the head.

What if a painful memory comes up?
You can pause at any time, open your eyes, place a hand on your heart, and breathe. For deeper or intense material, please work with a certified EFT practitioner or a licensed therapist.

How often should I do this session?
Repeat it until your number is at a two or below, and practice the single-belief tapping on your chest point for five minutes a day for seven days.

A NOTE ON SAFETY
This session may bring up strong emotions. Please do not tap along while driving or operating machinery. Tapping is offered as emotional support alongside medical and psychological care, and it does not replace the care of your doctor or therapist.
