The Topic: The prolific historian and award-winning journalist Ian Douglass is back – and this time, he has a new best-seller in Only Built for Turkish Links: The Turkish Invasion of American Pro Wrestling – once again tackling a period in mat history that most writers haven’t covered, or in most cases don’t even know existed. It’s another wide-ranging conversation as Smith asks Douglass not only about this current book, but also about another title that may (or may not) be released soon.
