John 9:6 (KJV)

When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay.


Many Christians are so focused on how God will deliver their blessing or miracle that they begin calculating its difficulty before even making their requests known to Him. Yet throughout Scripture, we see that God can use strange methods to help you. In today’s reading, the Lord Jesus healed a blind man by making clay from His spittle and applying it to the man’s eyes. He could have just as easily healed the man with the snap of His fingers.


This passage shows that no matter how strange or extraordinary the method, God has the power to rescue you from any negative situation. Do not worry about the how, what, or when. You serve a God of strange, incomprehensible miracles. Trust His method, whatever it may be.


PRAYER FOR TODAY

Lord, God, guide me as I move in the new week. Deliver blessings to my family and me, no matter the method, in Jesus’ name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I serve a God of strange miracles! No matter how complex, difficult, or impossible the circumstances before me seem, I have overcome because God has given me power over the enemy!
