In the fall of 2017, Alicia Villegas' little brother Omar Medina suddenly disappears. Cops tell Alicia there’s not enough evidence to open a case, but Alicia begins her own investigation, convinced he is in grave danger. Meanwhile, on the other side of town, a mysterious barrel is found floating in the San Diego Bay. Inside, is something no one is prepared for—something that will only serve to fuel Alicia in her quest to find answers and take down one of the most dangerous men in Chula Vista.
