Sophie Grace Holmes was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and told she wouldn't live into her twenties. Now in her thirties she is absolutely dominating the world of fitness in ways which have left doctors scratching their heads.
Her story is inspiring form where she has come from, what she has achieved and even more amazing with what she has got planned in the future.
She is a Coach, athlete, model amongst other things and it was great to spend an hour talking with her.
