Laura Daly has an impressive CV of triathlon results at age group level already and this year she is hoping to make that next step and take her racing to the next level.

Laura loved the sport from a young age but after a bit of a gap got back into it and barely made the bike cut off in one of her first attempts at a full distance. Some years later she is now looking to obtain the pro license.

All the while Laura holds down a busy day job, which does lends itself nicely to assisitng in training for one of the disciplines.
