Over the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to work with women who've lost anywhere from 10 pounds to over 100 pounds, and there's always an interesting dynamic at play. They initially think, "Once I lose the weight, getting dressed will be easy." But even after they hit the goal number on the scale, they find themselves in front of a closet full of clothes or a dressing room overflowing with options and still don't know what to wear.
The truth is that loving your body doesn't automatically create a wardrobe you love. Great style comes from understanding what makes you feel like the best version of yourself, regardless of your size.
So whether you're in the middle of a weight loss journey, feeling stuck at the end of it, or wondering whether you should wait until after you lose some weight to begin rebuilding your closet, I'm unpacking all the answers for you in today's episode.
