It's only August and I don't feel quite ready to shift full gear into fall yet. But Starbucks' pumpkin spice made its official comeback today, so I guess that's my cue to talk about all of the autumn trends and help you navigate what to wear, what to buy, and what you can confidently leave behind.
And this season, I want to do things a little differently. Because the more of these trend reports I put together, the more I'm realizing that fashion trends don't actually change as quickly as we're led to believe.
So instead of giving you another giant list of what's "in" and what's "out," I want to look at the bigger shifts happening in fashion — including which trends are actually new, which ones are just getting a fresh spin, and which ones might be worth trying in your own wardrobe.
