In this episode I had the pleasure of chatting with Joanna Born, operations manager of the The Rock Space & Stonebridge Imports. The Rock Space is the largest crystal shop in Ontario, located in Kitchener.

Joanna is a trained crystal energy therapist, Reiki practitioner, and a recent practical herbalist graduate. Joanna helps bring an understanding to how crystals work, and how to use them in your personal practice. Joanna shares her knowledge of the 7 major chakras (root, sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye, crown), and some recommendations for specific crystals to use for each chakra. Joanna share's The Rock Space's core values and how the founder, Ulimar, built this company through 20 years of ethical/sustainable mining & sourcing of products.
