- Clean the space both physically and energetically. You can use smoke or sound)
- Set an intention for your workings (I've given you one if you like at 12:00)
- Break the circle with intention, then have snacks!
Using confession (private) to locate a constraint.
- Use that identified constraint to identify what it is protecting you from- and thus what precious thing you are protecting. 12:00
