Paul Liebrandt is an English-born chef who has truly made a name for himself in the United States. He has opened several restaurants which have been honored with two Michelin stars and three stars by The New York Times. In addition, he was the subject of the HBO documentary "A matter of taste - serving up Paul Liebrandt," which garnered an Emmy nomination and won the award for Best Documentary at the James Beard Awards in 2012.
