Dr. Phiona Gitsham is a Dr of Chinese medicine with 25 years experience alongside her education in Functional medicine, nutritional genomic biochemistry, spagyric alchemy, astrology and lucid dreaming practices. She has a background in dance and music, informing how we inhabit our bodies and has undertaken a healing apprenticeship with a First Nations healer, from the Delaware / Cherokee nations. While studying she worked as a Chef and now combines her medical, nutritional and spagyric alchemy knowledge into a unique approach to ingredient extractions in her medicine making lab and business BioHerboloQi.  Phiona co-produced and co-hosted the Heavenly Qi podcast, about Chinese medicine and has since guested on many other pods. She consults part time as an Acupuncturist & Chinese medicine practitioner, focusing on TCM dermatology, with her skincare range and acupuncture clinic, while also offering Astrology & Lucid dreaming guidance. Phiona has guided large groups of up to 5000 people in collective meditations for healing, intent and peace. Phiona launched BioHerboloQi in USA in 2019 and has returned permanently to Australia, with the BioHerboloQI lab in the gorgeous Byron Hinterland.
