After a few months off I wanted to make a light hearted episode. I have a chat with some of the silliest (and most wonderful) people I know Cali and Lou!! In this mildly chaotic episode we talk about · What kind of dog you are, creating a space to be your authentic self, Mad Libs, short attention spans and how being silly can feel very vulnerable. We also dive into why we should be more like a child, and what even is adulting? Why funerals should be fun, giving into silly impulses, playing vulnerability chicken and laughter lubrication. and of course the joy of making others laugh, being self-aware, making fun of your friends, breaking rules and a ton more!!
