One of the biggest shifts that allowed me to move into 4-hour work days was deciding I was ready to hire support.
I was doing everything manually in my business: emails, podcast edits, all of it.
And while I love what I do, I knew that if I kept going like that, my business would slowly start eating into my time, energy, and health.
