We Are The People is now facing three separate lawsuits connected to interviews and stories shared on the show. In this episode, Jason Preston addresses each case, explains why these stories were covered, and reflects on the responsibility that comes with giving survivors a platform while continuing to pursue facts and accountability. Despite the legal pressure, Jason explains why the mission remains unchanged: listen carefully, ask difficult questions, correct mistakes when necessary, and refuse to let fear determine whose voices deserve to be heard.
