First, the plaintiff and defendant got into a fight when the plaintiff was driving them. She says the defendant hit her, grabbed the steering wheel, and they crashed. She’s suing for damages and personal injury. The defendant argues she never took the steering wheel and the car was just fine.
Then, the plaintiff was walking his dog when the defendants’ dog lunged for his terrier. He says the other dog broke his dog’s leg. The defendants paid for the vet bills, but he’s suing for the cost of sunglasses and lost wages. The defendant thinks the plaintiff is extorting them.
Plus, the plaintiff loaned the defendant money, and he got collateral in return. The defendant hasn’t repaid, so he’s suing. The defendant argues he told the plaintiff he could sell the collateral if he didn’t pay back in time.
