Jen Rulon is a TEDx speaker, endurance athlete, midlife transformation coach, and author of the upcoming memoir Where the Morphos Dance: One Woman’s Journey Through Divorce, Sobriety, and Self-Return. From multiple Ironman finishes to a successful career and marriage, Jen had built a life many people admired. But beneath the surface, she was slowly losing herself. After getting sober in 2019, Jen began listening to the voice she had ignored for years. Within two years, she left her marriage, boarded a one-way flight to Costa Rica at age 51, and started over.
In this powerful conversation, we talk about: - The signs you’re disappearing inside your own life - Why so many women become experts at pretending they’re “fine” - Sobriety, self-discovery, and telling yourself the truth - Finding the courage to leave what no longer fits - Rebuilding identity after divorce - Jen Rulon’s coaching philosophy which is built around the 4 M’s
Jen’s story is a beautiful reminder that it’s never too late to choose yourself and begin again.
