In this solo episode I share a raw, personal shift out of work-stress and overwhelm into clarity and trust. A four-day hike in the Grampians became the full stop to a heavy chapter since September: think nearly falling down a waterfall, a snakebite and an actual helicopter rescue that snapped me out of autopilot.
This episode, episode two of a series I call “So what are you going to choose?”, traces the arc from feeling immense pressure and overworking to slowing down, regulating in nature, and choosing patience over pressure.
If you’re a big-vision human who’s been white-knuckling your way forward, this is a gentle, practical way to return to your centre.
