What if your monthly review went beyond goals, accomplishments, and what you need to do next? What if you paused long enough to ask, “How am I really doing?”
In this episode, I’m sharing a more personal look at what I’ve been learning during a particularly hard season. With my son leaving for college, my in-laws moving to Georgia, and a lot of change happening at once, I’ve been navigating sadness, gratitude, and everything in between.
This season has reminded me why pausing and reflecting matters. When we slow down, we can learn things about ourselves that we might otherwise miss, and we can give God space to meet us in the hard places.
We’ll talk about:
- How to process difficult seasons instead of running from them
- Why your emotions are worth paying attention to
- Finding beauty and gratitude in the middle of hard things
- How to lean on God when life feels overwhelming
- A different way to approach your monthly review as a mom
At the end, I’ll give you a few questions to help you go deeper in your own monthly reflection.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Sometimes you just need to pause, get honest, and let God meet you where you are.
