What if the hardest part of your weight loss journey isn’t actually losing the weight?

What if the hardest part is believing that once your body changes, you’ll finally feel worthy, confident, accepted, or enough?

Maybe you’ve thought, “I’ll feel so much better about myself when I lose 20 pounds.”

Or, “When I finally fit into that outfit, I’ll feel confident again.”

Or maybe you’ve told yourself, “Once I can control my eating, then I’ll finally feel disciplined.”

And friend, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to be healthier. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight, feel stronger, or take better care of your body.

The problem is when we start believing our body has the power to determine our worth.

Because it doesn’t.

Your weight doesn’t make you more valuable. Your clothing size doesn’t make you more lovable. And the number on the scale doesn’t determine whether you’re enough.

So what if instead of spending all your energy trying to change your body so you can finally feel good enough, you started renewing your mind and replacing those lies with what God says is actually true about you?

That’s what I want to talk about today.

Because your identity was never meant to be built on your body.

Your worth comes from who God says you are.

And if you’ve been struggling with this—if you keep setting weight loss goals, falling off track, feeling discouraged, and telling yourself you’ll just start over again—I want you to know you are not alone.

I want to invite you to my upcoming FREE workshop: “Why I Keep Starting Over with My Weight Loss Goals and How to Finally Break the Cycle.”

We’re meeting Wednesday, September 2nd at 8 PM Eastern on Zoom.

If you’re ready to stop chasing a future version of yourself and start walking in the freedom God has already given you, I want you there.

Go to DietDitching.com, click on Free Workshop, enter your information, and get on the list today.

I want you to find freedom—not just from the cycle of starting over, but from believing you have to change your body to finally be enough.
