Hello and welcome back to The Inspired Psychology Podcast!

Today I had the blessing of interviewing Nur Adam. Nur is a Trauma Recovery Therapist at The Good Life Counselling, a wellness clinic based in Singapore, that focuses on providing holistic mental and emotional health support. She specializes in helping individuals navigate through deep emotional pain—especially after experiencing significant losses such as heartbreak, abandonment, or rejection in relationships. Over the years, her work has impacted more than 400,000 individuals worldwide through her workshops, 1:1 therapy sessions, and podcast platform (The Good Life Podcast). She believes that much of our pain is stored not just in our minds but also in our bodies, and that’s where her work comes in—to help people release that stuck energy and emotion.

Books mentioned in the episode:
1. No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz.
2. Attached by Amir Levine
3. The langue of emotions by Karla Mclaren
4. Healing the child within by Charles Whitfield
