How not to gain weight when lifting as an ultra runner. It's just one of my main concerns as I'm hitting the gym more often. 

 

It's actually not, but I asked Ben (my current strength coach) anyways. 

 

This one is for anyone trying to get stronger up and down those big slopes even though the closest mountain is thousands of km's away.
