Welcome to episode 27 of Paths in the Outdoors podcast, this episode we talk to Fiona Quinn about her unique LEJOG triathlon and recent business start-up.

Fiona found cycling and decided that it was time to cycle the length of the country, added the walk, then put the ‘tri’ part by paddling south to north. She told me all about the trials of the events but most importantly what she learnt from them.

Check out her book ‘Ignore the Fear’, Fiona wrote about the paddling segment of her triathlon.

More recently she has turned herself to a bit of running, figuring out what adventure means for her. Keeping her busy right now is a new business start-up, which she tells me, how she’s used her adventure learning to help her make a success of Rebel Gelato.

It can all be watched on YouTube and Spotify and listened to on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
