Welcome to episode 26 of Paths in the Outdoors podcast, this episode we talk to Steve Scott who has been involved in the outdoor industry since his early years of skiing.

We talk about growing up in the Lake District, carving a profession in the ski and outdoor adventure industry. Then how he became a director of Kendal Mountain Festival.

The episodes looks in to how all the life decisions have come together to where he is now. From travelling in a van to ski races, soaring over the French Alps in a paraglider to corporate team building in the Lake District amongst many other interesting life experiences.

He is now based in Kendal with his family and is part of the management team of Kendal Mountain Festival.
