Remembrance Run - This past Sunday, 10th November 2024, I took part in a five kilometre run in The Phoenix Park in Dublin.  This year is the 13th run where people come together to run, walk or even crawl the route together in memory of people that they've lost.  It's a great way for people to share their experiences and their grief.  I met a few people who shared with me their stories of who they run for.
