Insight is helpful, but nothing changes until you do something with it. In this final episode of my Leadership Shift series, I'm talking about how to turn everything you've uncovered into a real leadership roadmap.

I walk through the two kinds of gaps that show up as you grow as a leader: skill gaps and mindset gaps. Skill gaps close with practice and the right tools. The mindset gap decides whether you'll use the tool at all. I share examples of both from each phase of the series (The Shift, The Foundation, and The Vision), from delegation and feedback to presenting and setting direction, along with the thoughts that quietly hold leaders back.

You'll hear how to choose two or three priorities, the three questions I use to filter them, and practical tools for each kind of gap, including a delegation checklist, a feedback structure, journaling, the model, and an evidence file.

Your takeaway this week: pick one skill gap, one mindset gap, and one tool, and decide exactly when you'll take your first action.

Enjoy!
