Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. (Rainer Maria Rilke)
This is a conversation about how to go about "living the questions," rather than giving into the mind’s proclivity to spiral into fear. There's a pressure to have everything figured out, and there's also available to us the choice to detach from this pressure, to practice returning to the present moment instead.
This ep. is a reflection on resilience, intuition, nervous system regulation, and what it means to trust that clarity can unfold one step at a time. It's a gentle reminder for anyone navigating the unknown and learning to live more peacefully alongside uncertainty.
