Three-time Olympic silver medalist Jaelin Kauf grew up chasing her older brother around Grand Targhee, building makeshift moguls with pine boughs, and learning to love skiing long before it became her career.
In this episode, Jaelin joins Nicole and Sarah to talk about the playful start that shaped one of America's fastest mogul skiers, what really goes into a moguls score, and the advice from her mom that still brings her back to her own reasons for competing.
They also dig into Jaelin's Deliver the Love foundation and its mission to help girls and women build confidence through movement and sport. Jaelin shares free resources for athletes, parents, and coaches, including a powerful reminder about the words we choose on the ride home after competition. It is an honest, useful conversation about ambition, self-worth, and keeping the joy alive at every level.
