Nicole founded Audacia after two decades inside the rooms where growth-stage decisions get made, leading teams, building leadership programs, and watching what separates the organizations that scale with purpose from the ones that scale into chaos.
She founded Audacia because the conversations leaders are having now, about AI, scale, headcount, pressure, are getting answered with the wrong playbook. Her take might seem counter-intuitive: to speed up, we must first slow down.
