Angela awoke one morning unable to breathe and was taken to hospital, where she lay struggling for air before suddenly feeling free, weightless, and completely unafraid. She sensed two loving guides who lifted her from her body and showed her a vast vision of creation, where she understood that everything is connected and that every action matters. She then learned that death is not a change of self but a change of place—that we carry no material things with us and remain who we are. When she returned to her body, the pain and breathlessness resumed, but her fear of death was gone, replaced with deep assurance that life has meaning and that what comes after is good.
