There are 58 Dividend Kings, companies that have increased their dividends for decades.
But having a great dividend history doesn't automatically make a stock a great investment at today's price.
In this video, I rank all 58 Dividend Kings based on the combination of Quality and Return Efficiency.
The Quality Score measures the underlying quality of the business, while Return Efficiency looks at what you're paying for the stock's future return potential.
The two scores are combined into a Final Score.
This produces some very different results from simply ranking the Dividend Kings by yield, dividend growth, or quality alone.
I look at some of the highest-quality companies, some of the most undervalued companies, familiar names like Lowe's and PepsiCo, and the companies that rank near the bottom of the list.
The goal isn't to create a buy list. It's to create a research starting point and identify where quality and valuation currently line up.
