The Chronicles of Defects III | Tony Maue & His Artificial Icons!

Welcome to the Two Hundred & Twenty Ninth Edition of The Chronicles of Podcast, These are The Chronicles of Defects III

We’re back with a brand new interview — and we’ve brought a very special returning guest with us! We are once again joined by (for the fourth time!) the singer of one of the best bands out there today (yes, we said it) Tony Maue from Defects!

Tony joins us to talk all about his social media series that see's him singing songs in Tunnels as he 'Tests The Reverb' as well as his upcoming tour with the Rock Orchestra. We talk all about the testing year that Defects has just gone through with a major line up change but most importantly, we talk about the exciting things the future holds including Defects brand new album 'Artificial Icons' available October 16th and much more!

Also this week, We start off this weeks edition with a chapter from The Book of New Found Glory, which is dedicated to the memory of the bands guitarist Chad Gilbert after his recent passing. We talk about the heart warming story of the gift exchanges between Netherlands and Egypt as well as discussing the recent hilarious charity bet given to Southend United manager Kieron Dyer at a recent press conference. Jamie brings two stories that instantly made him think of Tom as the Italians make it legal to trip over children in restaurants and KFC delve into the world of breakfast cereal with KFCereal!

As always, the episode is stacked with fan favourite segments including Tom’s Journal featuring the funniest things on the internet this week, and Single of the Week highlighting two new music releases you need to hear. Jamie’s audience participation challenge asks what in your opinion, is the greatest board game of all time?
