What if your relationship with food is still difficult, even after you’ve made real progress?
Sometimes, the struggle isn’t actually about food or the diet anymore. Food can become a way of coping with unmet emotional needs, loneliness, anxiety, or other parts of life that are harder to face.
In this episode, I talk about why progress doesn’t always look like perfection, why confronting what’s underneath our food struggles can feel so difficult, and why it’s never too late to create a better relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
If you’re making changes but still finding things difficult, struggling doesn’t necessarily mean you’re doing something wrong. It might mean there’s something deeper asking for your attention.
