I started my coaching business at 22 years old with no business background, no big audience, no marketing experience and absolutely no idea what I was doing.
At the time, I was working five casual jobs, walking dogs, cleaning floors, serving at weddings, making coffees and babysitting, while trying to figure out how to turn my passion for helping people into an actual business.
Six years later, I had scaled my coaching business to over $4 million.
And more importantly, I built it in a way that gave me MORE freedom as it grew, not less.
In this episode of Behind the Business, I’m breaking down exactly how I did it and taking you inside the Scalable System™ that has helped me and hundreds of online coaches grow and scale without burning out.
We cover:
✨ The rock-bottom moment in my first year of business that changed everything
✨ Why investing in support became one of the biggest turning points in my journey
✨ Why doing MORE isn't the answer to scaling your coaching business
✨ The three pillars of my Scalable System™: Sustainable Strategy, Seamless Sales and Simple Systems
✨ How to consistently attract, nurture and convert high-quality leads
✨ Why your offer should be doing most of the selling for you
✨ How retention can become one of your biggest growth levers
✨ The systems, automation and delegation that allow you to scale without your workload scaling with it
✨ Why your mindset and identity have to evolve as quickly as your business does
If you’re an online coach who wants to scale to $30K months and beyond, while building a business that actually gives you the freedom you started it for, this episode will show you what to focus on.
Because building a bigger business shouldn’t mean building a smaller life.
As your business gets bigger, your life should get better too. 🤍
