In this week's episode, I sit down for a chat with Chloe Skerlak. Chloe is wildly passionate about the menstrual cycle! A Full Spectrum Fertility Awareness Educator and Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, she educates people from their first period to their last because she believes body literacy is for everyone at every age.
She's charted her own cycle for over 10 years and has 8 years of experience teaching fertility awareness education to people who want to achieve or avoid pregnancy without medical intervention, understand themselves and their health better, and live life more cyclically.
Infused with joy, laughter, and play, Chloe's classes help people regain their sexual and reproductive sovereignty, become advocates for their own health, and live vibrant, healthy lives. She also loves full moon bathing, partner dancing of all kinds, and taking photos of cervixes!
