Happy new podcast, y’all. Here are 3 things that you can start doing for yourself so that you are as happy as freakin’ possible. And yes, this podcast was recorded whilst on a huge happiness high! Call me an optimist, but I do believe that we have a CHOICE when it comes to how happy we get to be. It truly is all about perspective.
As life has shifted quite a lot for me over the last year, I’ve really been in tune with myself, what I want, who I am, and how best to handle my emotions on a day to day basis. The combination of literally putting myself in positive spaces, taking up fun hobbies, learning more about Positive Intelligence (a facts and data-based research approach to positive psychology), plus truly healing a lot of core wounds via therapy the last few months has resulted in an overall increased happiness for life as a whole.
I feel like certain things in life are unlocking and I just had to share 3 things that have truly made the difference for me, because I know that they can be applied to YOU . Onwards and up!
