Welcome to episode #293 of The COD Casuals, where we discuss all things Call of Duty, casual and professional!
In this episode, we start off with the news that Infinity Ward is moving on from the Modern Warfare series for the time being, with MW4 being their last in the series. We give our thoughts on this move, and what the path forward looks like for Call of Duty. After the past few years of poor fan reception, the question remains as to how they will recapture fan’s attention. We then move onto our zombies discussion, as our journey continues with us talking about the latest map completed and the hardest so far, Astra Malorum. We cover the map, boss, our struggles, and talk about the difficulty of zombies as a whole, and if casual zombies/COD players would be able to complete these easter eggs. Finally, we close with some more CDL rostermania, as we have more insight into the future FaZe, Gentlemates, and M80 rosters. We talk about these potential teams, and the competition it’ll set up for MW4.
