I was staying somewhere beautiful on the east end of Long Island, where the cell service is so spotty it's almost a joke. 

I was thriving out there, but I couldn't reach my power circle the way I'm used to, so my world quietly narrowed to the people right in front of me. 

Then I came home to good service and my full circle, and a life that was already good got even better.

This is an episode about connection as the thing that widens your best life, not just rescues your worst.
