Changes in work, finances, health, and relationships can shift priorities in an instant. Often, we set ourselves up for failure by overloading on too many goals. By the second Friday in January, known as "Quitter’s Day," most resolutions are abandoned. This year, let’s do it differently.
What if you focused on one big thing for 2025? Identify the one goal that would make you proud a year from now. Say it out loud, own it, and map out small steps to move toward it. Whether it’s improving your nutrition, fitness, or overall well-being, start small and focus on just January or even the first week. Clear out the clutter—both in your pantry and in your mind—and take the first steps toward your goal. Whether it’s a 5-day clean eating challenge, a new workout routine, or simply getting better sleep, make choices that align with the future you want. Life doesn’t stop, and neither should you. What will your one big thing be for 2025?
