This week, I’m reflecting on what it means to truly commit to your workouts and nutrition. It’s so easy to get started and just go through the motions, but phoning it in doesn’t help you reach your goals. Whether it’s cutting your workout short, dragging out rest periods, or barely moving your legs on the bike, half-assing your efforts only prolongs your results. If you’re going to do it, be all in—focused, intentional, and ready to get it done.
The same goes for your nutrition. Following your plan all week only to undo your progress over the weekend or breaking your commitment “just this once” is self-sabotage. Sticking to your goals is about deciding whether you’re fully in or out—there’s no middle ground.
Remember, something is better than nothing, but full effort is what truly drives success. Don’t settle—commit and make it count.
