In this short, we taste and review the first release from Potter Jane Distilling Company. Big Vat Liar is a limited-edition sourced Kentucky straight bourbon priced at $49.99. Founders Denny Potter and Jane Bowie broke their prior vow not to source whiskey and it resulted in a release of 1,200 bottles as their own distillate continues to age. They are planning to release their own distillate in 2029. You won’t only get to hear our thoughts about this bottle, but you will also hear Kenny discuss a recent event where he got to meet the founders and purchase this bottle. The future definitely looks promising for these industry veterans and their budding brand.
